Job Description

Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50 / hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Forklift experience or are willing to learn.
Equipment: Use pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems to locate items.
Quality Control: Verify order quantities and product information for accuracy.
Staging: Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipping.
Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any product damage or safety concerns.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred, but not required. Experience using RF scanners is a major plus!
Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Reliability: Excellent attendance record and reliable transportation to Waukegan, IL.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 8-hour shift.
